This mining claim can be enjoyed 21 days per year. No building permits will be issued - this is a tenting property to be used for camping and prospecting.

The vendor will retain a 2.5% net smelter return should a mine be located and precious metals are produced and derived from this property.

Location: 44 km west of Sudbury, north of the community of Webbwood in the Agnew Lake area. 17,500 Acres of Crown Land abuts this property.

Directions: From Sudbury drive west along Hwy 17 for 44 km (26.4 mi) to the community of Webbwood. At the west end of town, turn right (north) onto Agnew Lake Rd. and proceed north about 1.4 kilometres to the northern boundary of the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers. Turn left (west) at the road which follows this boundary and continue about 1/2 mile (.8 kilometre) to the southeast corner of the property.
The property is rectangularly shaped, with a width of 759 feet and a depth of 5280 feet (1 mile).

Crown Land: The property is bounded on 2 sides by Crown Land, the other 2 by private land. The adjacent Crown Land is massive, extending for thousands of square miles, mostly to the north and east.

Minerals: This property has the potential to host copper mineralization. Palladium and platinum has also been noted in some showings in the township. Gold mineralization is less likely but could be found in silicified zones in the underlying basalts or associated with quartz veining in the fault zones. Prospecting in this area will be aided by a canoe access stream, and by secondary
forest access roads.

Terrain & Vegetation: The surrounding country is characterized by high rocky ridges alternating with flat lowlands occupied by small lakes, streams and wetlands. Most of the area is covered with boreal forest, being a mixture of deciduous and coniferous species.

The southern 30% of this property is low lying with 2 creeks tributary to Birch Creek, which is in turn tributary to the Spanish River. The northern 70% is a high forested slope. About 800 metres north of the property via Crown Land is Maville Lake (about 50 acres in size). Spanish River, about 3 kilometres south, has had a comeback lately (with new pollution controls at the Espanola Pulp Mill) of a variety of sport fish, including smallmouth bass and northern pike.

1 kilometre west via Crown Land is the largest lake in the area, Birch Lake, which is well known for its excellent smallmouth bass, walleye, and northern pike fishing.

Recreational Potential: The location of this property is ideal for many outdoor recreational activities. Not only does this area have wonderful fishing, the hunting is also excellent with the many wetlands and streams attracting bear, moose, deer, and duck.This is also a perfect place to have a quiet camping retreat - it has spectacular scenery, and yet is perfectly road accessible and minutes away from the town of Espanola. In the winter, the area is well serviced by OFSC maintained snowmobile trails, and there are excellent nearby facilities for snowboarding, skiing, and cross country skiing.
